The Ohio Criminal Sentencing Commission has developed a Uniform Sentencing Entry and the Ohio Sentencing Data Platform (OSDP) to generate, for the first time, a standardized statewide felony sentencing entry template to ensure clear, comprehendible sentences and promote confidence in the system. The OSDP is designed to help judges implement the Uniform Sentencing Entry and Method of Conviction entries and empower courts with accessible and reliable information.
