F1 and F2 Conflict Counsel; Request for Volunteers (Butler County)
Dear Members of the Butler County Bar Association
I am writing to inquire whether any attorneys are interested in accepting appointments as conflict counsel in F1 and F2 criminal cases in Butler County Common Pleas Court. There is a continuing need for qualified attorneys to handle conflict matters.
The fee cap for both F1 and F2 cases is $8k and the attorney bills at $75.00 per hour.
