Letter from OSC Requesting Feedback on CCAFC Letter
Good morning,
On behalf of the Council, I wanted to reach out one final time to request any feedback that you and your organization may have on the Capital Case Attorney Fee rate. Please see the attached letter from our Chair, Judge Michael Hess. I will extend the window to provide that feedback to the Council to Friday, August 1st by the close of business. The Council will convene in mid-August to discuss the recommendations that you all have provided. Thank you for taking the time to share this with us your feedback, we truly appreciate your insight and suggestions.
