Our Mission

Full-time attorney needed to represent clients in the appeals of their criminal trial level cases to the Eleventh District Court of Appeals and the Ohio Supreme Court. Duties include reviewing case files and court documents, meeting with clients, filing notices of appeal, obtaining transcripts and case records, researching and analyzing legal issues, preparing appellate briefs and motions and participating in appellate arguments. Annual salary varies depending upon the number of years of experience in criminal law and appeals, but the minimum starting salary for those with some experience is $80,000.
