Kaitlyn O'Hara is bringing a fresh perspective from a lawyer doing her first trial as co-counsel on a GSI trial—what worked, what didn’t, and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, her co-counsel, Dan Sabol, will join with some practice tips relating to unique evidentiary objections, using an expert on a SANE examination, and how to handle a case when the prosecution goes off the rails
