Testimony on the expansion of Ohio sales tax to legal services

OACDL Past President Ian Friedman testifed before the House Ways & Means Committee on Governor Kasich's proposal to tax legal services. Our collective position that the taxation on the exercise of constitutional rights, including legal services provided by criminal defense lawyers, is an unconstitutional infringement is being raised at the legislture.
