Important information: the State budget bill cut the amount of money received by the Office of the Public Defender. Because of this, the OPD office has had to cut back the scholarships they can offer for training. This seminar is eligible for a scholarship if you attend ALL 3 days of the seminar. Scholarships are not available for 1 or 2 day attendance. If you are a staff attorney for a public defender office, please contact the OACDL office. Our goal is to have all attorneys who represent indigent defendants to receive this valuable training!
